The procedure below must be followed in order for one to become a member of the club.
- Anyone wishing to become a member of the club shall complete an application form which shall be signed by a Sponsor [who must be a full member for at least two years] and submit the form to Secretary.The applicant will deposit with the treasurer full entrance fee plus subscription fee of the minimum two quarters. An applicant for membership may use club facilities as soon as application is filled and entrance fee with minimum subscription is deposited.
- The application form of an applicant who has complied with article 3.4 of the club constitution shall be placed before the members to submit their objections and/or representations.
- Any member who objects to the applicant will be noted by the Secretary. The objection will then be taken into account by the Committee while considering the application.
- The Secretary will notify each applicant of the result of his application. No reason may be given for application[s] which did not qualify.
- In the event of an applicant not being elected before six months have elapsed from the date of the application, he may be refunded his entrance fee.
