Membership to the club is open to all persons aged (18) eighteen years and over provided they have fulfilled the procedure for membership application in accordance with the constitution of the Club.
The membership of the club is at the discretion of the Club's Executive Committee.
Categories of Membership
The membership categories include the following.
- Full Member: Is one who has complied with procedure of membership admission i.e. article 3.4, 3.5, 6.2 [b][c] of the club constitution and has been accepted by the committee. He/she is entitled to all privileges of the club and to vote at any General or Special Meeting and may, if elected hold the office of any committee of the club.
- Country Member: Is one who resides more than 10KM from the center of Tororo Municipality and has complied with the procedure of membership admission i.e. article 3.4, 3.5 of the club constitution. He/she is entitled to all privileges.
- Temporary Member: Is one who has complied with the procedure of membership admission i.e. article 3.4,6.2 [e] of the Club's constitution and has been accepted by the committee and is not a permanent resident of Tororo. He/she is entitled to all privileges of full membership except that he/she shall not be entitled to vote at any general meeting and shall not be eligible to be voted into the executive committee of the club.
- Student: Is one who has complied with the procedure of membership admission i.e. article 3.4, 6.2[e] of the Club's constitution thereof, and has been accepted by the committee and is over (18) eighteen years but less than 25yrs of age. He is entitled to full use of the sporting facilities of the club and he/she shall not be entitled to vote at any general meeting and shall not be eligible to be voted into the executive committee of the club.
- Honorary Member: Is one who has been elected by the executive committee. He enjoys all the privileges of a full member except shall not pay subscriptions and not eligible to vote or to be voted to the executive committee.
- Corporate Member: Is one who is a registered corporate body, represented through specific number of its executives/staff, allowed as per the decision of the executive Committee. The representatives of corporate body will enjoy all privileges of a full member.
